Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, except in cases covered by the 2-year warranty.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• You must include proof of purchase or your order reference

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
• Intimate or sanitary items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards and downloadable software products

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted — for example if an item is returned with obvious signs of use, missing parts not due to our error, or in a different condition from when it was delivered.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few working days and credited via your original payment method or bank transfer (for cash on delivery orders).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company or bank — there is often a processing delay

7. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Contact us at info@shopdadstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. 2-Year Warranty

All products are covered by an official 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2019/771).
